Michele is an accomplished executive with extensive experience leading new organization startups, design, development and implementation of global end-to-end processes and procedures, as well as leading several large, complex Six Sigma projects resulting in multi-million dollars in cost savings.

Her professional focus is in quality and process excellence, continuous improvement, program and project management, and process design and re-engineering. She has held positions ranging from Director of Quality & Process Excellence to Production Support Management.

Michele holds a B.S. in Management, Computer Information Systems, is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Juran Institute, Executive Leadership and Change Leadership certified from Cornell University, and ITIL foundations certified.
