Madhunika, aka Madhu, is a legal professional with more than 10 years of experience in end-to-end Contract Management, Compliance and Company Secretarial activities and People management.

She has experience in Pre and Post-execution Contract activities including drafting, reviewing, red-lining, risk analysis, setting up Contract Management Intelligence model, Contract Abstraction, Contract research, Obligation Extraction for various domains including IT, Manufacturing, Pharma and Media.

Madhu holds a Bachelors of Law degree from Bangalore University, is a IACCM Certified Commercial Contract Management Practitioner and ASCL Certified Cyber Crime Investigator.

She enjoys traveling, music and is a spiritual seeker and lover of learning.
