Chad has over 30 years of IT and Management Consulting experience (including Industry, “Big 4”, and Boutique firms). He has a proven track record in problem solving, results-based delivery, and strategic leadership. Experience spans numerous disciplines – Business Transformation, IT Strategy, Outsourcing Advisory, Restructuring & Compliance, and Large-Scale System Implementations. He has a strong ability to collaborate in complex, cross-functional environments to successfully deliver expected outcomes.

His Sourcing / Procurement experience spans both Application Development / Maintenance and Infrastructure services. Sourcing specialties include build vs. buy analysis, business case development, sourcing strategy, RFP development, cost modeling, pricing structure, vendor evaluation and selection, performance measurement, process and organizational design, and contract negotiations.

In addition to IT Sourcing, he has led numerous technology and transformation implementations for large, global companies, including RBC, Morgan Stanley, Capital One, State Farm, Fannie Mae, FDIC, Best Buy, Catholic Health, Cardinal Health, Medtronic, Laureate, Jacobs, and Marriott.

He has a BA in Business Administration (MIS-focused) from Old Dominion University. He is a US Citizen and lives in Florida.
