Lyndsay brings nearly 20 years of project management, sales, and consulting experience in the areas of strategic planning, software implementation, process improvement and change management. She leverages her experience with agile frameworks and business transformation to help teams align their work with clear goals and actionable plans.

As Director of Performance Improvement at Leidos Health, Lyndsay led a number of strategic initiatives including the redesign of the RFP process and Proposal team, resulting in a 30% increase in win rate.

Lyndsay holds a BA in Organizational Communication and Spanish from Concordia College in Minnesota. She is a certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance, and is completing certification as an ORSC coach with CRR Global.

Lyndsay is a US Citizen and lives in Madison, Wisconsin with her husband and three children.
