Joe was the President of $2.5B annual Tier 1 IT Managed Services Group at CSC (now DXC) that delivered infrastructure and applications services to over 100 clients with a global workforce of over 10,000 employees.

Joe was also the President and COO of an AI-as-a-Service product company that designed, deployed, and operated a software product, used by enterprises to automate end customer IT services and Robotic Processing Automation management.

While at CSC, Joe led the implementation of the Americas business strategy for Managed Services that drove growth through Applications Services offerings, Cloud and a leveraged Cyber service.

Under Joe’s leadership, the America’s region implemented a Managed Services transformation strategy that deployed standard service offerings from shared delivery centers, while increasing overall client advocacy and employee engagement.

Joe has demonstrated expertise in establishing business/IT operating models and governance structures that sustain the value derived from strategic sourcing relationships.

With RZ Strategies Group, Joe is now providing strategic management consulting services, specializing in the preparation and management of strategic outsourcing agreements in partnership with RZ Strategies clients.

Joe has a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and an Executive MBA from the University of New Haven.

Joe is a US Citizen and lives in New York city with his wife. Their children are grown and work and live in New York and Las Vegas.
