Stacy has over 25 years of Financial Services experience within Audit, Compliance, Governance, Risks and Issues Management, Business Continuity, Program and Vendor Management.

With RZ Strategies Group, Stacy will provide strategic management consulting services specializing in the development and implementation and/or enhancement of the governance and compliance program, people, process & tool optimization, fostering key stakeholder relationships, and helping businesses maximize efficiencies, speed, growth and profit.

Stacy earned her MBA and BS from Wilmington University, and several professional certifications; Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Associate Business Continuity Professional, Certified Internal Controls Auditor, and she is in the process of completing the Certified Third-Party Risk Professional certification.

Stacy is a US Citizen and lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania, with her husband, five children (2 are foreign exchange students), and three dogs. She coaches youth field hockey, lacrosse and girls basketball, loves to travel with her family and spending time at the Delaware beaches.
