Ron has been an organizational design and change consultant for 20+ years.

During his consulting career Ron has supported and led organizational design projects in industries ranging from funds management to retail, Technology to Media and gaming, with clients as small as 40 people and as large as 35,000.

Ron supported an organizational design project for a leading online marketplace to support its efforts to refocus its marketing and commercial team on a new global delivery model.

Ron co-led an organizational redesign focusing on redistribution of goals and decision rights within a major national US retail chain.

Ron led an organizational redesign project for a US$2B media, gaming and toy business intended to reconfigure the operating model.

Ron is an Australian citizen and lives in Sydney with his wife and two children, although his family jokes that he lives in seat 12J of the Qantas flight between Sydney and LA.
