Nancy is a Senior Consultant for RZ Strategies Group with over 30 years of Contract and Commercial Management (CCM) experience.

Prior to RZ Strategies Group, Nancy was a Corporate Director of CCM and Global Legal and Contracts Shared Services for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) (now DXC Technology). She has led programs to automate the most labor intensive and riskiest processes such as obligation management, to reduce revenue leakage and increase account profitability.

She developed and implemented global business development processes associated with proposal preparation, as well as creating new and complex multi-billion-dollar IT outsourcing contracts and managing the entire contracting process through all stages of the contract lifecycle.

Nancy is a globally recognized knowledge domain expert for implementing contract lifecycle and knowledge management systems.
