Matt has over 25 years of IT Finance, Technology Business Management and Vendor Management experience. He was on the Global IT Leadership teams and was the CFO of IT at McDonald’s Corporation, Health Care Services Corporation (BCBS) and HUB International.

Matt is a proven and strategic leader who builds a deep understanding of the business and has a demonstrated track record of technology transformation and finance leadership.

Matt is adept at building IT strategies which include robust OKRs, roadmaps, multi-year plans/budgets/forecasts and leverages deep experience with portfolio, program & demand management, Vendor Management, Technology Business Management (TBM), application development and support, operations, and service delivery.

Matt has a proven aptitude for leading large-scale technology, operations and IT finance teams to drive business objectives and redefine expectations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Matt is a results-driven and focused leader who successfully partners with C-suite and business leaders, solves ever-changing needs, and positively impacts an organization to reach and exceed short and long-term technology, business, and financial goals.

He has a BA in Finance/Accounting from the University of Illinois (Urbana Champaign) and is a CPA.
