Dean has more than 20 years of contracts, commercial and legal experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and supplier performance management. His experience includes roles with both Fortune 100 companies and high-growth technology start-ups.

His specialties include complex technology agreements, intellectual property, RFx development, alternative sourcing levers, and outsourcing best practices.

Dean’s industry experience is concentrated in cloud computing, professional services, outsourcing, and telecom.

Dean has an LL.M from St. Thomas University School of Law, a J.D. from Loyola Law School, and a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA.

Dean also hold a Certificate in Commercial Contract Management from World Commerce and Contracting formerly the IACCM.

Dean is a US Citizen and lives in Atlanta with his wife.
