His experience has spanned across Business Development, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, Program Management, IT and Client Management, giving him a unique perspective and ability in working with different stakeholders and teams, both internally and externally.

His most recent projects have consisted of program management and execution with a federated data platform utilizing AI and LLMs, as well as Augmented and Virtual Reality Consulting Products for clients such as EY, Chicago Cubs, P&G, Verizon, Intel, Slack, American Express & UNICEF.

He led several global initiatives at Chrysler, where he improved long standing engineering processes utilizing DFSS methodologies and automated Business Intelligence tools resulting in 160% ROI world-wide.

With RZ Strategies Group, Adam is now providing strategic management consulting services specializing in the development and implementation of people, process & tool optimization, helping businesses maximize efficiencies, speed, growth and profit.

Adam is a US Citizen and lives in the Sacramento metro area with his wife and three children.
