Priyadarshini Mukherjee has more than 12 years of corporate experience in the areas of strategic sourcing, vendor management, supply chain optimization contract and commercial management. She has led negotiations with both clients and vendors which includes Fortune 500 companies, Big 4s as well as a niche vendor base.

Priya is currently working as a Sourcing Manager and is responsible for sourcing and procurement services for projects over 350 Million CHF (Swiss Franc). She previously was Assistant Vice President, Sourcing for Credit Suisse, Senior Manager (Contracts) DXC Technology and UnitedLex.

Her specializations include business case development, sourcing strategy, RFP development, e-Auctions, cost modeling, pricing structure, vendor evaluation and selection, performance measurement, process and organizational design, contract negotiations, Contract Lifecycle Management, transition and exit management, contractual dispute management and governance, risk management and mitigation.

Priya’s industry/category experience is concentrated in IT Professional Services (Infrastructure and data center, desk side and field services, asset management, application support and maintenance), Consulting Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services.

Priya’s leadership experience includes management of a team of 14 Sourcing experts at Chain IQ/Credit Suisse and a team of 30 contract specialists at DXC Technology. She has expertise in process creation, implementation and training.

Priya has a Bachelors degree in Law (BA LLB) from MS Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore University.

Priya is a citizen of India, currently residing in Pune.
