Ana brings 20+ years of experience across advisory, strategic sourcing and delivery. Ana has a unique 360-degree perspective across the business ecosystem from buyer, seller and advisor. She has a strong understanding across all business and technology functions, extensive expertise across the entire sourcing lifecycle – from strategy to governance.

She has extensive management consulting experience in high-performance cultures such as BCG and KPMG with demonstrated experience in pharma, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, high-tech, FinTech, media and consumer market industries.

Ana has led multiple engagements for Fortune 500 companies across North America, EMEA and Latin America.  She was instrumental in the successful execution and delivery of over 30 projects in 20 countries, with a total combined contact value of $15B+ billion in transactions.

Her specialties include global strategic sourcing, strategic planning, target operating models, global large-scale transformations and transitions, complex contract negotiation and implementation, process excellence, service delivery and operations, commercial management, global business services and ongoing relationship management and governance.

Currently, Ana is the Chair of the Harvard Business School (HBS) Club of Chicago Presidents Council and was the Past President of the HBS Club of Chicago from 2020-2021. She is also the Regional Chair and founding sponsor of HBS Women’s Alumnae Circles for the Chicago Chapter.

Ana received her Bachelors of Science in Information Decision Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is also a graduate from Harvard Business School’s Executive Education.  She also acquired her Certified Agile ScrumMaster (CSM) Certificate in 2015.

She lives in the Chicagoland area and tries to explore new restaurants in and around town.
